Question How can I pay for my order?

Once we verify every order meets legal age requirement (21) upon delivery by checking ID first we do not take payments online or over the phone. No credit cards will be accepted. Payments accepted are Cash upon delivery and *dependent on the delivery driver you may have a few other options for payments.

Question How do I use
AnswerEnter your address in the search bar on the home page, select the category that you’d like to browse (i.e. batteries, Shisha,) and press the orange Search button. On the results page, you can switch between categories by clicking the tabs at the top of the page. If you know exactly what you’re looking for (e.g. “Al Fahker mint ”) or just have a general idea (e.g. “Shisha” or “CBD”), you can also enter keywords into the search bar.
Question How much does it cost to use
AnswerThat’s dependent on your location our system has preset flat-rate pricing based on zip codes we are currently servicing. Most areas we deliver to cost about $2.50. Question Can I schedule an order for some time in the future?
AnswerUnfortunately No, all orders are considered a real time purchase to be delivered within two hours of order confirmation.
Question How do I use a promo code?
AnswerOnce you’ve added all the items you wish to order to your bag, press “Checkout.”enter your promo code and press “Add.” Your bag will now reflect the discount. In most cases, you cannot combine promotions or other offers.
Question How do I change or cancel my order?
AnswerBefore your order is prepared for delivery we will contact you via phone to confirm all items requested are available or offer substitutions. For that reason, any changes or cancellations must be done and confirmed while on the call. Once our call is complete a delivery driver will be en-route.
Question How do I know that received my order?
AnswerAfter you place an order, you’ll receive an email from us confirming that we received your order and before we deliver we will call you to confirm order and delivery information. If we are unable to get a hold of you with the number provided then your order will be cancelled for non verification purposes. Note: Orders placed for delivery are sent to the merchant. If, at the time of confirmation, the merchant informs us that they have a problem fulfilling your order (e.g., an item is unavailable), we will notify you immediately and do our best to offer an alternative.
Question Why won’t the promo code / credit apply to my order?
AnswerAll available discounts appear on the checkout screen underneath the “Subtotal” field. To use a discount on your order, make sure the box is selected; the text will become bold, and the discount will appear in your bag. If it’s still not working, check the details of the discount, which also appear in the box. Make sure your order meets the minimum required subtotal, not counting any other discounts. That the item is eligible for the promotion And remember that most discounts cannot be combined with others. Credits and discounts can not exceed order total.
